팩토리잼(factoryjam)의 모바일 게임 「팹팹 디펜스」 계정과 데이터를 지우는 방법입니다.
1. 앱에서 바로 삭제
게임 로비 오른쪽 위 설정(톱니)을 누릅니다.
아래쪽 계정 삭제를 누르고, 두 번 확인합니다.
곧바로 삭제되고 게임은 새 게스트로 처음부터 시작합니다.
2. 앱을 쓸 수 없을 때 — 메일로 요청
rlaxodn5235@gmail.com으로 제목 "계정 삭제", 본문에 계정 ID(설정 화면 아래 "계정 ID: …"에 보이는 10자리)를 적어 보내 주세요. 보내신 주소로 확인 메일을 드리고, 답장을 받으면 7일 안에 삭제한 뒤 알려 드립니다.
게임은 이메일·이름을 저장하지 않습니다. 그래서 계정 ID가 없으면 (구글·애플을 연결한 계정이라도) 어느 계정인지 찾을 수 없습니다. 앱을 다시 설치해 구글·애플로 로그인하면 원래 계정으로 돌아가므로, 그 뒤 앱에서 삭제하거나 계정 ID를 확인해 주세요.
3. 지우는 것과 남는 것
바로 지움: 계정 id와 기기 접속 키, 구글·애플 연결 정보, 게임 진행(재화·유닛·설비·패스·출석·설정), 판 기록과 이탈 기록, 플레이 기록(화면·튜토리얼·매칭 기록), 광고 확인 기록(30일 보관), 이 계정 앞으로 온 우편.
기간이 지나 지워지는 것: 오류 보고(Sentry)는 계정 id로 찾아 지우지 않고, 받은 뒤 90일이 지나면 자동으로 지워집니다. 보상형 광고를 볼 때 Google(AdMob)이 모은 광고 정보는 계정 id와 묶여 있지 않아 개발자가 지울 수 없으며, Google의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다 (Google 안내).
남는 것: 구매 기록(스토어 거래 번호에서 만든 값·상품·시각)은 환불·분쟁 처리와 관계 법령(전자상거래법의 대금결제·재화 공급 기록 5년)이 정한 기간 동안 누구의 계정인지 지운 채 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
구매한 아이템과 재화도 모두 사라지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
기기에 남은 정보는 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다.
4. 애플 로그인 연결 끊기
앱에서 계정을 삭제하면 애플 로그인 연결도 자동으로 해제합니다 (Apple에 해제를 요청합니다). 예전 버전에서 연결했거나 목록에 남아 있다면, iPhone 설정 → (내 이름) → 로그인 및 보안 → Apple로 로그인에서 「팹팹 디펜스」를 골라 사용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 구글 연결은 Google 계정의 보안 → 서드 파티 앱 및 서비스에서 끊을 수 있습니다.

How to delete your account and data in the mobile game "FabFab Defense" by FactoryJam.
1. Delete in the app
In the lobby, tap Settings (the gear, top right).
Tap Delete account near the bottom and confirm twice.
The account is deleted immediately and the game starts over as a new guest.
2. If you can't use the app — request by email
Email rlaxodn5235@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion" and your Account ID (the 10 characters shown as "Account ID: …" at the bottom of Settings). We will send a confirmation email to your address; once you reply, we delete the account within 7 days and let you know.
The game does not store email addresses or names, so without the Account ID we cannot find your account (even if it was linked to Google or Apple). If you reinstall the app and sign in with Google or Apple you get your account back — then delete it in the app or check the Account ID.
3. What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted immediately: your account ID and device access keys, Google/Apple link, game progress (currencies, units, equipment, pass, attendance, settings), match and leave records, play records (screen, tutorial and matchmaking records), ad verification records (kept 30 days), and mail sent to your account.
Deleted after a period: error reports (Sentry) are not looked up by account ID; they are deleted automatically 90 days after they are received. Ad data collected by Google (AdMob) when you watch rewarded ads is not tied to your account ID, so we cannot delete it; it is handled under Google's policies (Google's explanation).
Kept: purchase records (a value derived from the store transaction number, the product and the time) are kept with the account removed for the period required for refunds, disputes and applicable law (5 years for payment and supply records under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce), then destroyed.
Purchased items and currencies are lost as well and cannot be restored.
Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
4. Unlinking Sign in with Apple
When you delete your account, the app also removes the Sign in with Apple link automatically (we ask Apple to revoke it). If you linked it with an older version, or the app is still listed, open iPhone Settings → (your name) → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple, choose "FabFab Defense" and stop using it. A Google link can be removed under your Google Account's Security → Third-party apps & services.
