「팹팹 디펜스」의 유료 상품(다이아 등 유료 재화와 상품)에 대한 청약철회·환불 기준입니다. 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조와 이용약관 제23조를 따릅니다.
유료 상품은 구매한 날부터 7일 안에, 사용하지 않은 경우 청약철회(구매 취소)를 요청할 수 있습니다. 상품이 표시·광고 내용과 다르거나 계약 내용과 다르게 제공된 경우에는 공급받은 날부터 3개월 안에, 그 사실을 안 날(알 수 있었던 날)부터 30일 안에 철회할 수 있습니다.
다음 경우에는 청약철회가 제한됩니다. 구매 화면에도 같은 내용을 안내합니다.

인앱 구매는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에서 결제되므로, 환불은 원칙적으로 각 스토어의 환불 절차로 요청합니다.
스토어로 처리하기 어렵거나 도움이 필요하면 [결제일 / 주문 번호 / 구매 상품]을 적어 아래 메일로 보내 주세요. 확인한 뒤 스토어 환불 요청을 돕거나 직접 처리합니다.
미성년자가 법정대리인(부모 등)의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 미성년자 본인 또는 법정대리인은 그 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다. 다만 미성년자가 속임수로 성인이라고 믿게 하거나, 법정대리인이 허락한 범위(용돈 등) 안에서 결제한 경우에는 취소가 제한될 수 있습니다. 취소는 위 3.의 스토어 절차 또는 메일로 요청하며, 법정대리인임을 확인할 수 있는 서류를 요청할 수 있습니다.
스토어에서 환불(결제 취소)된 구매는 지급한 유료 상품을 회수할 수 있으며, 이미 사용해 회수할 수 없으면 그만큼의 재화를 차감할 수 있습니다. 청약철회에 따른 환급은 이용약관 제23조에 따라 처리합니다.
This policy describes cancellation (withdrawal) and refunds for paid products in "FabFab Defense" (paid currency such as diamonds, and paid products). It follows Article 17 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and Article 23 of our Terms of Service.
You may request cancellation of a paid product within 7 days of purchase if it has not been used. If a product differs from how it was displayed or advertised, or was provided differently from the contract, you may cancel within 3 months of receiving it and within 30 days of the day you learned (or could have learned) of it.
Cancellation is restricted in the following cases. The same notice is shown on the purchase screens.

In-app purchases are paid through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so refunds are in principle requested through each store's refund process.

If a minor made a purchase without the consent of a legal guardian (such as a parent), the minor or the guardian may cancel it. Cancellation may be restricted if the minor deceived us into believing they were an adult, or if the purchase was within an allowance permitted by the guardian. Please request it through the store process in 3. or by email; we may ask for documents confirming guardianship.
For purchases refunded (payment cancelled) by the store, we may reclaim the paid product granted; if it has already been used and cannot be reclaimed, we may deduct an equivalent amount of currency. Refunds due to cancellation are handled under Article 23 of the Terms of Service.
「ファブファブディフェンス」の有料商品（ダイヤなどの有料通貨と商品）の購入キャンセル（申込みの撤回）・返金の基準です。韓国「電子商取引等における消費者保護に関する法律」第17条と利用規約第23条に従います。
有料商品は購入日から7日以内で、未使用の場合、購入のキャンセルを申請できます。商品が表示・広告の内容と異なる場合、または契約内容と異なって提供された場合は、提供を受けた日から3か月以内、その事実を知った日（知ることができた日）から30日以内にキャンセルできます。
次の場合はキャンセルが制限されます。購入画面でも同じ内容をご案内します。

アプリ内購入はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playで決済されるため、返金は原則として各ストアの返金手続きで申請します。
ストアでの対応が難しい場合やお手伝いが必要な場合は、［決済日／注文番号／購入商品］を下記のメールへお送りください。確認のうえ、ストアへの申請をお手伝いするか、直接対応します。

未成年者が法定代理人（保護者など）の同意なく購入した場合、未成年者本人または法定代理人はその購入を取り消すことができます。ただし、未成年者が詐術を用いて成年者と信じさせた場合や、法定代理人が許可した範囲（お小遣いなど）内の購入の場合は、取り消しが制限されることがあります。取り消しは上記3.のストア手続きまたはメールで申請してください。法定代理人であることを確認できる書類をお願いすることがあります。
ストアで返金（決済取消）された購入については、付与した有料商品を回収することがあり、すでに使用して回収できない場合はそれに相当する通貨を差し引くことがあります。購入のキャンセルによる返金は利用規約第23条に従って処理します。
